His background spans pedagogy and IT training, hands-on software development, project management, team leadership, technical support, and customer-support leadership. That breadth shapes a practical approach to product work—make unfamiliar ideas understandable, turn ambiguity into a deliverable plan, design for the person using the system, and remain accountable after launch.
